Adapter Module

Santa Barbara Automation has many versions of our adapter modules available for both wire lead and pin lead parts. These modules allow dimensionally different or unusual shaped parts to be tested in our manual electrical test machines with very fast changeover.

    • Designed for operator safety with very sturdy construction and bottom venting.

    Sockets available for pin lead initiators with connector cables or wireless (no electrical connections) versions.

    Wireless versions use Kelvin (4-wire) contacts for high measurement accuracy.

    Optical part presence detector feature.

    Robust contacts for difficult external coatings (chromate, anodize, etc).

    Custom designs for new or unique test requirements and initiator configurations.
